LGPL 2.1 Open Source Compliance Notice

NovaPino Video Sync Master is developed based on the FFmpeg open source project and fully complies with the LGPL 2.1 license agreement.

1. Compliance Method

This application calls FFmpeg, FFprobe and FFplay as external independent processes. No static compilation or kernel embedding is applied, which fully meets commercial usage requirements of LGPL 2.1.

2. Open Source Declaration

The complete LICENSE file is included in the software installation directory. This page also publishes compliance statements to fulfill open source disclosure obligations.

3. Source Code

FFmpeg official source code can be obtained from its official website. This software does not modify the FFmpeg core source code, and only uses standard external calls.
